I’ve been waiting a long time to buy from Pleasant, so –a couple weeks ago– I finally bit the bullet, and submitted an order. To my surprise, the tissue is quilted and soft enough to do the job, without chafing. The company sells family packs, but I chose to order individually wrapped rolls because I want to give them away as gifts.Product(s): 500 sheet toilet paper

Customer Service – 4 (Representatives communicated in a timely manner, but I’ve been spoiled by automated shipping notifications, tracking, and delivery confirmations — which they don’t have. My package did arrive on time, but I was stressed until it got here.)

Product Usability – 4 (This two-ply soft enough, and it does the job, but the sheets on some of the rolls separate. That’s not a big deal to me, but another user brought it to my attention.)
